Refund Policy

K & A Hocking Holdings Pty Ltd as trustee for K & A Hocking Family Trust, ABN 42792253422 trading as Kathryn Hocking (referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”) owns the website available at launchmasteryprogram.com (Site) and is the provider of the Launch Mastery (e-Course). The Refunds Policy applies to the Launch Mastery™ (e-Course) and is to be read together with our E-Course Disclaimer Statement, Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use Policy which govern K & A Hocking Holdings Pty Ltd relationship with you in connection with this Site and this e-Course.

K & A Hocking Holdings Pty Ltd operate in accordance with Australian Competition and Consumer Law.

If you work through up to the first two modules and you are not totally happy with this e-Course you can cancel your e-Course membership within 14 days of your payment and receive a refund, minus a $100 fee to cover course and financial administration and the cost and postage of your free gift.

You must demonstrate that you have participated in the e-Course by joining the Facebook community forum and submitting worksheets for Lesson 1  before requesting a cancellation of your course membership and refund.

Refunds must be requested in writing within 14 days of purchase.

Change of mind does not constitute valid reason for a refund.

Your request for cancellation of your e-Course membership must be in writing by notifying admin@kathrynhocking.com within 14 days from your purchase and include completed worksheets from Module 1.

We will reply by email within 2 business days to inform you whether your request for cancellation and a refund has been approved.

If your request is approved, an electronic refund will be issued within 7 working days from date of approval.

Refund requests after the 14 day period referenced above will not be approved under any circumstances.
